Rates for special events and holidays subject to change and may not be available for online reservations* The above rates are in US dollars and are based on double occupancy with the exception of the 2 bedroom suite which is based on 4 people. Each additional guest is $20.00 per night. All rates are subject to 11% tax and 5 % hotel surcharge and are subject to change without notice unless already guaranteed.

All payments must be made in US funds. Deposits may be paid by check or with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal or business checks any later than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.

** Holiday and event weeks and weekends maybe at a higher rate than the seasonal rate, higer holiday rates may not be reflected in online booking, but are STILL enforced.

Two week notice required to cancel any reservation*. Reservations canceled under the time limit are charged two days stay, or 50% of the total. If another reservation is made within sixty days of a cancellation, the amount charged will be applied to the new reservation. ALL cancelled reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $50 fee.
No refund for early departure.
